She helped me choose a destination and resort based on a long list of wants from my family (including two teenagers) and handled every detail seamlessly. On the north shore of Kauai, Cathy told us that you couldn’t beat the views at the Princeville Resort. Having read some negative reviews about the rooms and the change of ownership, we decided to stay somewhere else. Luckily, we went for happy hour on one of our first nights. We realized exactly what Cathy was talking about. The view was amazing! Although we didn’t see the rooms, we felt like the view would have been made it worth it regardless!! Excellent vacation!
Our second visit to Excellence Punta Cana, and it was as wonderful as the first. Even in the rain, all facilities are accessible under cover. Amazing experience in Italy!!
My Wife and I were hopping from city to city on our honeymoon in Italy so we needed to be flexible on accommodations. Jeana kept us under budget and put us in the neighborhoods we wanted to see at what always felt like 5 star accommodations. We were able to get to experience a wide variety of hotels ranging from a historic apartment in Rome, a private room in a private castle in Bologna, an amazing 5 star hotel on the canal in Venice, an amazing hotel/resort in the mountains on Lake Garda, and a beautiful boutique hotel in Milan. Every place was 5 stars! Jeana really pays attention to the details that matter. From historic attractions to cocktails on The Arno to the best restaurants in the small towns on the way to our next city… Jeana didn’t miss a beat. Jeana always listened to what my wife and I were trying to get out of our special trip and made sure we stayed under budget while enjoying the experience.
