Payments and Cancellation Information

• A deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm a reservation, plus the cost of any travel protection.
• A second deposit of 20% of your reservation is due by December 8, 2024.
• A third deposit of 40% of your reservation is due by January 12, 2025.
• Final payment is due by February 6, 2025.
• From the time of booking to December 9, 2024 - No cancellation penalty will be charged.
• From December 10, 2024 to January 11, 2025 - A cancellation penalty of 20% of your reservation will be charged.
• From January 12, 2025 to February 11, 2025 - A cancellation penalty of 40% of your reservation will be charged.
• From February 12, 2025 to February 26, 2025 - Any cancellations or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
