Morgan & Alex invite you to join them as they get married at the beautiful all-inclusive, adults-only Excellence Oyster Bay Resort in Jamaica on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Hotel reservations can be made for 3 to 7 nights, from November 7 to November 14, 2023.  Pre and post-nights can be added upon request.

All the information you need to make a reservation for their wedding can be found on this page.  Please read all the information so you are aware of all deadlines, policies, etc.  Please contact Cathy Jackson if you have any questions.

All reservations must be booked through Sunsational Vacations to be considered part of this group.

ROOM RATES 

* Please note, we are not holding any group space for this wedding so we strongly recommend that you make a reservation as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability without a deposit.   Roundtrip transfers in Jamaica are included. Airfare and insurance are not included.  Non-Refundable rates are not valid for this group.

Rates are the average per night, per person, based on occupancy for guests coming from the US.

Kindly note that some rates might be lower (1-3 USD) than the rates that have been confirmed for this group (unfortunately, the system does not allow us to modify category per category, it applies a discount in general).  Your booking invoice will show the actual total.

PAYMENTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rates are PER PERSON, PER NIGHT Based on Occupancy

• A minimum 3-night stay is required.
• Rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, shared airport transfers, and taxes.
• Rates do not include airfare or travel insurance.  If you need help with booking flights, please let me know.  A quote for travel insurance will be provided once you have made a reservation.
• Initial Deposit: A deposit of $1 (one dollar) is required at the time of booking.  The deposit is due within 24 hours of submitting a reservation form.  Please watch your email (and spam folder) for an invoice with a link to our payment form.
• Reservation Form:  A completed reservation form and payment authorization form must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations for each room reservation.  Please wait for a confirmation number before submitting a payment.
• Payment Type:  Excellence Resorts only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Final Payment:  Your final balance will be automatically charged in full to your credit card thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.  
• Flights:  If you need help with booking your flights, please let me know.  If you prefer to book your flights on your own, please send us your flight information so we can arrange for your ground transportation in Jamaica.  Flights should be booked to Sangster International Airport MBJ.  
• ANY CHANGES to your reservation (travel dates, room category, change in occupancy, etc.) must be done through this agency.  Please contact Cathy Jackson to request any changes.  Please note: The group promo code expires September 7, 2023. Any changes beyond this date will be repriced at current rates and reservations will not be included in the group.
• Name Changes:  Name changes must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations in writing.  Name changes will be accepted inside of 60 days of arrival; however, no changes of any type are allowed 15 days or less prior to arrival. Name changes can be refused at any time or subject to cancelation penalties in the case of a hotel/supplier close-out.
• Passports:  A valid passport with 6 months remaining beyond the departure date is required for ALL passengers.

CLUB MOBAY

** Please note: Club Mobay is not a transportation service. Transfers are already included with a minimum 3 night stay. **

We want you to have the best experience in Jamaica. Club Mobay is a service that includes a departure lounge where guests can relax and enjoy sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and WiFi service while waiting for their flight. Admission also includes “Fast Track Access” through the airport so you can breeze through security without having to wait in a long line.  An airport representative can guide you right through.  Reservations are recommended because if it gets fully booked for your date, they will close reservations.

• ARRIVAL:  Upon arrival, you'll receive a VIP meet and greet by a Club Mobay Representative and receive fast track service through Immigration (avoiding long lines and luggage retrieval but making a quick stop in the Arrival Lounge for your complimentary cool towel and beverage).
• DEPARTURE:  Upon departure, you'll receive fast track access through Security and Immigration, then going to the VIP Departure Lounge. The VIP Departure Lounge includes complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages; fresh fruits; pastries; tapas and patties; unlimited Wi-Fi; international cable TV; complimentary phone calls to the US, Canada, kids area; electronic games, magazines; daily local newspapers.
• Begin your vacation with a friendly VIP meet and greet service by a Club Mobay Representative in the gate area upon your arrival. You will avoid long lines and luggage retrieval while you are fast-tracked through immigration and then directed to your ground transportation area.

When booking your flight arrangements, please make sure you book a flight into Sangster International Airport (MBJ).  All rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. Please book early to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number, payments applied, and any remaining balance. Any additional payments you make can be easily made by submitting your payment information through our online Secure Payment Form.

Only reservations booked with Sunsational Vacations
will be considered part of this wedding group.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any and all cancellations must be sent to the Agency in writing.

The following penalties will apply:

• For cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due.
• Cancellations received within 48 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure.
• The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates.
