Carly and Kevin will be getting married at the beautiful adults only, all-inclusive Sanctuary Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on February 27, 2016. Hotel reservations can be made for 3 to 10 nights, from February 23, 2016 to March 4, 2016. JUNIOR SUITE OCEAN VIEW
The Junior Suites Ocean Views consist of a king bed (or 2 doubles), with fine linens, furnished balcony or terrace with stunning ocean views, in-suite climate control, flat screen TV, separate living area with desk, high speed internet connection, espresso machine, in-suite safe, full coral stone bathroom with separate water closet, shower, luxurious Gilchrist and Some bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and double vanity sinks. The Junior Suites Ocean views are located in the colonial area on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with ocean views and just minutes from the main pool and the beach. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

BEACH FRONT PREMIUM SUITE
Beach Front Suites with direct beach access and ocean front views. Suites consist of a king bed (or 2 doubles) with fine linens, furnished balcony or terrace, in-suite climate control, flat screen TV, separate living area with desk, high speed internet connection, espresso machine, in-suite safe, full coral stone bathroom with separate water closet, shower, luxurious bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and double vanity sinks. These Beach Front Premium Suites are located on the 1st floor of the Colonial area, just in front of the hotel beach and main pool and steps from the water. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

MONARCH VILLA
Consist of an ample terrace, open-air spaces, a king or two double beds with fine linens, furnished balcony or terrace with stunning tropical views (some of them with partial ocean views), in-suite climate control, flat screen TV, separate living area with desk, high speed internet connection, espresso machine, in-suite safe, full coral stone bathroom with separate water closet, shower, luxurious bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and double vanity sinks. These Villas are located in the Villa Collection area, separate
independent buildings, with some offering two Villas in one building. Also featuring a terrace with small private garden. From 3 to 5 minutes from the beach and the main pool. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

- Minimum 3 night stay is required.

- Rates do not include airfare or travel insurance.
- Shared transfers from Punta Cana Airport to Sanctuary Cap Cana are available for $32 per person roundtrip.

PAYMENTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Initial Deposit: $50.00 per person or $100 per room is due at the time of reservation.
- Second Hotel Deposit of $200 per person or $400 per room is due by October 12, 2015.
- Final Payment is Due by December 14, 2015.
- Flights can be added to your reservation upon request or you can book them separately.
- A completed reservation form and credit card authorization form must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations for each room reservation.
- A valid passport is required for ALL passengers.

A $50 per person deposit is required at time of reservation, a second deposit of $200 per person is due by October 12, 2015, and final payment is due by December 14, 2015.
When booking your flight arrangements, please make sure you book a flight into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Let us know if you would like us to include flights as part of your reservation. If you would like to include roundtrip shared transfers at the cost of $49 per person, please check the box on the reservation form to have that added to your reservation. If you are booking your own flights, please send me your flight details once booked so I can arrange your roundtrip transfers.
All rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. We have a limited number of rooms that are being held as part of this group. Please book early to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number, payments applied, and remaining balance.
Any additional payments you make can be easily made by submitting your payment information through our online Secure Payment Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations can be made without penalty up to October 22, 2015.
- Cancellations from October 25, 2015 to November 19, 2015 will be charged 1 night per person.
- Cancellations from November 20, 2015 to December 17, 2015 will be charged 50% of the stay.
- Cancellations after December 20, 2015 will be non-refundable.
TRIP PROTECTION:
Sunsational Vacations strongly recommends trip protection to protect your vacation investment. Rates are based on the total trip cost and travelers’ ages.
Once we receive your reservation form, we will provide you with a personalized quote for trip protection based on your travel dates, total vacation package and current ages of all travelers on your reservation.
