Welcome family and friends of Reisa & Billy!

Reisa & Billy invite you to join them as they get married at the beautiful all-inclusive resort, Hotel Xcaret Mexico on Saturday, July 1, 2023. Hotel reservations can be made for 3 to 7 nights, from June 28 to July 5, 2023.  Pre and post-nights can be added upon request.

Please note, Hotel Xcaret is a little over an hour from the Cancun airport.  You will have to leave the resort several hours before your flight departs so for this reason, you may want to consider a check-out date that is two or more days after the wedding.

All the information you need to make a reservation for their wedding can be found on this page.  Please read all the information so you are aware of all deadlines, policies, etc.  Please contact Cathy Jackson if you have any questions.

All reservations must be booked through Sunsational Vacations to be considered part of this group.

PAYMENTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rates are PER PERSON, PER NIGHT Based on Occupancy

• A minimum 3-night stay is required.
• Rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, roundtrip hotel transportation, and taxes.
• Rates do not include airfare or travel insurance.  If you need help with booking flights, please let me know.  A quote for travel insurance will be provided once you have made a reservation.
• Please note:  Your credit/debit card statement will show "Classic Vacations" as the merchant of record.
• Initial Deposit: A deposit equal to ONE NIGHT plus $500 (and the cost of any travel protection plan) is required at the time of booking.
• Second Deposit:  A second deposit of $500 per room is due by September 22, 2022.
• Third Deposit:  A third deposit of $500 per room is due by January 12, 2023.
• If your initial deposit is made after any of the dates listed above, the amount of the deposit will include the 2nd /3rd deposit as applicable.
• Final Payment:  All final payments are due by March 30, 2023.
• Please note:  Reservations that are not current on payments are subject to automatic cancellation. Please make a note of the above payment deadlines.
• If you do not yet know if or who your roommate will be, you can book a single occupancy room and your reservation can be modified if/when you add another guest to your reservation.
• Reservation Form:  A completed reservation form and payment authorization form must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations for each room reservation.  Please wait for a confirmation number before submitting a payment.
• Flights:  If you need help with booking your flights, please let me know.  If you prefer to book your flights on your own, please send us your flight information so we can arrange for your ground transportation in Cancun.  Flights should be booked to Cancun International Airport CUN.  
• ANY CHANGES to your reservation (travel dates, room category, roommate(s), change in occupancy, etc.) must be done through this agency.  Please email Cathy Jackson to request any changes in writing.  Any changes made after final payment will incur a $25 change fee.
• Name Changes:  Name changes must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations in writing.  Name changes will be accepted inside of 60 days of arrival; however, no changes of any type are allowed 15 days or less prior to arrival. Name changes can be refused at any time or subject to cancelation penalties in the case of a hotel/supplier close-out.
• Passports:  You must have a valid passport for travel to Mexico.  If you do not have a passport or if you need to renew your passport, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any delays in passport processing.  Passport applications can be found here.

Payment Form

Any and all cancellations must be sent to the Agency in writing.

The following penalties will apply:

• From the time of booking until January 18, 2023, no cancellation penalties will apply.
• From January 19, 2023 to April 4, 2023, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the entire stay will be charged.
• From April 5, 2023 to the date of arrival, a full penalty will apply.
• If travel protection is purchased, the above cancellation penalties still apply. You can file an insurance claim for any losses. Travel protection is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of deposit.

• Passports:  A valid passport with 6 months remaining beyond the departure date is required for ALL passengers.
• Riviera Maya & Cancun area Eco Tax
  The government of the Municipality of Benito Juarez Quintana Roo has added an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night. Tax of 28.87 Mexican pesos, (approx. 1.42 USD) per room, per night. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Destination. The tax will take effect on January 1st, 2019.
• Departure Tax for Quintana ROO Cancun Airport
  We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo will be requiring all foreign tourists
  to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (around $11 USD).  The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx/ where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.  The VISITAX form will request the following information:
  • Number of people traveling
  • Name, age, and passport number of each individual
  • Departure date
  • Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.

Roundtrip hotel transfers in Cancun are included. Airfare and travel insurance are not included.

• We are holding a limited number of rooms for this group.  Please book early to ensure space is available.
• Rates are based on a special event contract room block.
• Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, all-inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for room accommodations and roundtrip hotel transfers only, unless otherwise stated below.
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
• All reservations must be made directly with Sunsational Vacations. Reservations made outside of Sunsational Vacations will not be considered part of this group.
• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in the room block. If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required.
• The above rates include current hotel & government taxes and are subject to change without notice.
• Children up to age 5 are at no additional charge.

  • Free Transportation between Hoteles Xcaret and the selected park or Tour.
  • All food and beverages inside of Hoteles Xcaret according to Restaurant’s operations and restrictions.
  • Mini Bar (bottled water, sodas, and beers), re stock daily.
  • Recreation activities for children, teenagers, and adults, including non-motorized sports such as Paddle Boards
    and Kayak

Travel Protection

Protection your vacation investment with a TripMate travel protection plan, either with cancel for any reason (CFAR) (Group Elite) protection or without (Group Select).  The main difference is that Group Elite (with CFAR) will pay 75% of your non-refundable trip costs for any reason and Group Select is for covered reasons only. Please review the travel protection options by clicking on the link below and make your selection on the reservation form.  The cost of the travel protection must be paid at the time of deposit.

Click on the Reservation Form link below to start the reservation process. Please complete ALL fields on the form and submit the online form to us by clicking on "Submit" at the bottom of the form. When booking your flight arrangements, please make sure you book a flight into Cancun International Airport (CUN).  All rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. Please book early to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number, payments applied, and any remaining balance. Any additional payments you make can be easily made by submitting your payment information through our online Secure Payment Form.

Only reservations booked with Sunsational Vacations
