Staci & Michael invite you to join them as they get married at the beautiful all-inclusive Dreams Royal Beach Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Hotel reservations can be made for 3 to 7 nights, from November 8, 2021 to November 15, 2021.  Pre and post-nights can be added upon request.

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in; this will place a hold on your funds.

General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in the vacation price.  Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.  Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

• Initial Deposit of $100 per person is required at the time you request a hotel reservation.  If we are booking your flights with your hotel reservation, the flights will need to be paid for at the time of booking. 
• Second Deposit of $300 per room is due by May 15, 2021.
• Final Payment is due by August 20, 2021.
• A child is age 2-12.  Anyone over the age of 12 will be priced as an adult.

PAYMENTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Initial Deposit: $100.00 per person is due at the time you confirm your reservation. Once a reservation form is received by us, we will then contact you via email with a confirmation number and a link to our payment form so you can make your deposit.*
• A second deposit of $300 PER ROOM is due by May 15, 2021.
• Final Payments are due by August 20, 2021.
• Flights can be added to your reservation upon request on the reservation form, or you can book them separately. If you book your flights on your own, please send us your flight information so we can arrange for your ground transportation in Punta Cana.  Flights should be booked to Punta Cana International Airport PUJ.  
• Name Changes.  Name changes must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations in writing at least 21 days prior to departure but are subject to the provisions of hotel/supplier contracts.  Name changes can be refused at any time or subject to cancellation penalties in the case of a hotel/supplier close-out.  Name changes requested after documents are issued will be assessed a $50.00 per person name change fee.  Standard airline name change policies will apply for airline tickets.
• A completed reservation form and payment authorization form must be submitted to Sunsational Vacations for each room reservation.
• A valid passport with 6 months remaining beyond the departure date is required for ALL passengers.

* If your first deposit is made after May 15th, the deposit amount is $100 per person PLUS $300 per room.

Your refund is made in the original form of payment unless at the time of purchase you elect to receive a portion or all of your refund in the form of ALG Vacations travel credits**.

• Price Guarantee*** - Guarantees the lowest price on the vacation booking! If the price of the hotel or Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight on your vacation drops after booking the reservation, just let us know and we'll adjust the reservation to the lower price. Valid on Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii and Central America vacations.

• No Change Fees: Need to make a change? Any ALG Vacations fees for the FIRST instance are automatically waived with no charge or reactivation. If you need to revise any portion of your vacation prior to departure date that has supplier-imposed fees such as airline and hotel revision penalties, reactivation is required for continued coverage on the booking.

• Hurricane Travel Credit*^: If a Category One or greater hurricane disrupts a vacation for 24 hours or more, travelers will receive a refund for unused or interrupted vacation nights plus a future vacation discount certificate. Valid for reservations departing June through November.

**Travel credit policies:

• Valid for travel commencing 12 months from date of issue of the travel credit
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used by expiration date
• Will be issued in the names of the passengers on the original reservation
• Must be applied to the same ALGV brand as the original booking
• All refunds must be requested within 60 days of the date of cancellation
• Any cash refunds not requested within 60 days will be given in the form travel credits.

Post-Departure Travel Insurance^

(Underwritten by National Mutual Insurance Company)

• Trip Interruption - Reimburses (up to the total trip cost) unused hotel arrangements plus additional costs to change or purchase a new airline ticket if you can't travel due to circumstances such as illness or injury to you, a family member, or traveling companion, jury duty, subpoena, or a traffic accident on the way to the airport.

• Travel Delay - Reimburses additional transportation costs or unused hotel arrangements should your flight be delayed 12 or more hours due to adverse weather or unannounced strike. The plan reimburses you up to $500 ($200 per day) for the unused portion of your trip, additional accommodations, meals and "catch up" transportation expenses.

• Emergency Evacuation - Pre-pays the cost of emergency medical transportation if a serious illness or injury occurs during your vacation that requires medical evacuation.

• Baggage/Personal Property - Reimburses you for baggage or items lost, stolen, or damaged during your vacation.

• Medical Expense - Reimburses medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills as a result of an illness or injury during your vacation.

• Baggage Delay - Reimburses for the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed by the airline for 24 hours or longer. The plan covers you for the purchase of necessary items up to $300 in the event your luggage is delayed by an air common carrier for more than 24 hours en route to your vacation.

• Travel Accident - Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the event of loss of life or limb while flying.

Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once added and purchased. Travel Protection Plus covers all air when packaged with hotel.

When booking your flight arrangements, please make sure you book a flight into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Let us know if you would like us to include flights as part of your reservation. If you are booking your own flights, please send me your flight details once booked so I can arrange your ground transportation. All rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. We have a limited number of rooms that are being held as part of this group. Please book early to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number, payments applied, and any remaining balance. Any additional payments you make can be easily made by submitting your payment information through our online Secure Payment Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any and all cancellations must be sent to the Agency in writing.

If you did not purchase travel protection, the following penalties will apply:

• Changes/Cancellation:  By July 14, 2021: No Penalty.
• From July 15, 2021 to September 12, 2021: $200 per person cancellation penalty.
• From September 13, 2021 to October 30, 2021: 2 Nights Penalty.
• From October 31, 2021 to November 8, 2021: No Refund.
