Sunsational Vacations, LLC is under the ownership of Cathy Jackson, a Certified Travel Advisor.  Our passion and specialty is planning romantic getaways, honeymoons, destination weddings, cruises, group trips and family vacations to tropical destinations in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and the Islands of Tahiti.

I have a true passion for travel (some would say an addiction)! 

I have traveled avidly my whole life, including trips throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and Tahiti.

I’ve worked in the travel industry for 18+ years, inspired by my love of travel and experiencing new places. I am an accredited member of the American Society for Travel Advisors, and Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist Association, which means that I am a verified Travel Professional.  My education in the travel industry is an ongoing process.  I attend many webinars, resort and cruise ship inspections, supplier seminars, workshops and certification classes in the area of travel that I specialize in.  I’m a Certified Honeymoon & Destination Wedding Specialist, a Tahiti Tiare Specialist, a Sandals Certified Expert, AMResorts Master Agent, and the recipient of the Diamond Producer Award from Karisma Hotels. I have also earned specialist certification from the Travel Institute for numerous destinations and niche specialties.

• If something goes amiss when you’re on your trip, call your travel advisor so they can help resolve your issue. Little things that mar the experience can typically be fixed quite easily and that’s what we’re here for.
• When you compare the vacation packages we’ve offered you with what’s available via an online travel agency or discount website, please know that you’re probably not comparing apples to apples. The hotel we’ve selected is in a location we think you will like, based on what you’ve told us. The room we recommended for you is guaranteed in its category, meaning when you check in, you won’t be given inferior accommodations, based on the desk attendant’s mood. If you’re looking at a website that brags that it has the lowest pricing available, you’ll likely be getting the lowest quality room available. Trust us!
• When you’re online and you see a deal that looks too good to be true, it probably is. Travel companies don’t give away things for no reason. Is there fine print you may have overlooked because you’re so excited about the price you’re seeing?
