Kim is absolutely amazing. You are a fool not to use her. She went above and beyond to help and/or fix issues that the airlines messed up; nothing to do with her side of things, and she was so responsive, so fast. I’m not sure how she does it but she is amazing and has made both my trips the best experiences ever!
