Cathy was fabulous!! She answered me right away and even sometimes on the weekend if it was a quick question. She always sent me the information I needed even if she had sent it already and I either forgot or lost the email. She was so helpful and took care of everything for me!! She helped coordinate 4 families within my one reservation. She tolerated our “crazy” as well!! When our airline went out of business, she immediately got us new flights and catered to my needs and wants easily.
She was the best!!
