Cathy was fabulous!! She answered me right away and even sometimes on the weekend if it was a quick question. She always sent me the information I needed even if she had sent it already and I either forgot or lost the email. She was so helpful and took care of everything for me!! She helped coordinate 4 families within my one reservation. She tolerated our “crazy” as well!!
