Any time we had a problem or question, Cathy was never more than an email away. We were nervous about going out of the country on a vacation, but Cathy reassured us and worked carefully with us every step of the way to ease our fears. After being married for 4 years, we finally got the honeymoon we deserved – and it far exceeded our expectations! Valentin Imperial and Cathy were the perfect choice for us!! Highly recommended! We also recommend using them to book all your excursions as well. We went to Isla Mujares and Xcaret and they were incredible places! If you’re worried about things being safe or clean, don’t be! Everything is SO clean and even when we went to the inland area for a massage that was pretty far off the beaten path, we never once felt unsafe.
