Long awaited trip. Covid definitely complicated the situation and we couldn’t have pulled it off without Cathy’s help.
We have worked with several travel advisors in past years before trying Sunsational Vacations however no one has ever gone above and beyond to guide and assist in preparing a trip during unprecedented times like Cathy Jackson from Sunsational Vacations. Our trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 but postponed for a year due to Covid travel restrictions. Cathy handled all of the travel changes with the airlines and the resort. Rebooking everything necessary. Certain plans just couldn’t be duplicated as before but somehow Cathy got it done. She also assisted us in preparing and completing government paperwork and Covid tests with the Covid results finally showing up 24 hrs before the flight.
