Long awaited trip. Covid definitely complicated the situation and we couldn’t have pulled it off without Cathy’s help.
We have worked with several travel advisors in past years before trying Sunsational Vacations however no one has ever gone above and beyond to guide and assist in preparing a trip during unprecedented times like Cathy Jackson from Sunsational Vacations. Our trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 but postponed for a year due to Covid travel restrictions. Cathy handled all of the travel changes with the airlines and the resort. Rebooking everything necessary. Certain plans just couldn’t be duplicated as before but somehow Cathy got it done. She also assisted us in preparing and completing government paperwork and Covid tests with the Covid results finally showing up 24 hrs before the flight. Excellent vacation!
Our second visit to Excellence Punta Cana, and it was as wonderful as the first. Even in the rain, all facilities are accessible under cover. Wonderful 10th anniversary trip!
We have always planned our trips. We have traveled to Jamaica, Punta Cana, Playa Maroma Mexico, St. John, CA wine country, San Fran, San Diego, NOLA, Vancouver. Our trip was perfect!
We just got back home and I wanted to let you know that our trip was perfect!! Excellence Punta Cana was everything we hoped it would be. We tried most of the restaurants and thought the food ok in some but fantastic in the others. The accommodations were great. The beach was wonderful as was the pools.
