Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted and made sure to do her best to find a resort that offered us that within our budget. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole planning process and was flexible with my work schedule since I work night shift. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us very promptly once she received information. Kim also reached back out to the suppliers prior to us leaving for our trip to renegotiate our package and get us money back once we found out our “all-inclusive” package didn’t work at some of the restaurants meaning we would have to pay additional money upon arrival.
