We were nervous about going out of the country on a vacation, but Cathy reassured us and worked carefully with us every step of the way to ease our fears. She helped me choose a destination and resort based on a long list of wants from my family (including two teenagers) and handled every detail seamlessly. The resort was exactly what we were hoping for: lovely accommodations and amenities, amazing food, and outstanding service. We could not have asked for more.
