I met Cathy via e-mail 2 years ago when my friend had her organize a girlfriends trip to the Dominican Republic. There were 8 of us and the trip could not have gone smoother. All separate bookings, some double rooms, some single rooms, some trip insurance, some not. We stayed at the Iberostar and it was spectacular. Since then she has organized a family trip for me to the DR, helped us with Airline Reservations to Paris, booked a Mediterranean Cruise and a Caribbean vacation for my parents. All of these trips went off without a hitch except for one issue with our family trip. The transfer company lost my luggage and were pretty rude about it. Cathy stepped in and got our money refunded along with a future trip credit. I can’t say enough about her — she helps make vacations spectacular!

My husband and I recently returned from a 25th anniversary trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico. Cathy at Sunsational Vacations was so helpful, not only in planning our anniversary trip but she also stepped in to help when my husband had trouble getting his passport on time. Even though we applied for the passport 7 weeks before our trip, there was a long delay in getting it and we were in panic mode when no one at the passport office would help us or give us any information. Cathy knew who to contact to get the passport expedited and I know we would not have received it in time without her help. She really went out of our way to help us and we were so grateful.
When we got to Riviera Maya, we were blown away by the resorts Cathy recommended to us, theEl Dorado Royale and the El Dorado Maroma! We received free room upgrades, and we were so happy with the food, service, amenities and beauty of these resorts. All the staff at these resorts were so friendly and attentive and really went above and beyond what was expected. Even the weather was “SUNsational”! This trip was so relaxing and enjoyable and Cathy was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a special trip. We are already dreaming about our next trip and will refer everyone to Sunsational Vacations!
