After over a year of planning…during the pandemic, I had an amazing wedding in Mexico. Our group included experienced travelers with high expectations, a few who had never even been on a plane before, and everything in between. To top it off, 4 days before departure, the resort caught on fire! Cathy was patient and thorough! I have been working with Cathy since 2008 and highly recommend her!

We have worked with several travel advisors in past years before trying Sunsational Vacations however no one has ever gone above and beyond to guide and assist in preparing a trip during unprecedented times like Cathy Jackson from Sunsational Vacations. Our trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 but postponed for a year due to Covid travel restrictions. Cathy handled all of the travel changes with the airlines and the resort. Rebooking everything necessary. Certain plans just couldn’t be duplicated as before but somehow Cathy got it done. She also assisted us in preparing and completing government paperwork and Covid tests with the Covid results finally showing up 24 hrs before the flight. Any time we had a problem or question, Cathy was never more than an email away. We were nervous about going out of the country on a vacation, but Cathy reassured us and worked carefully with us every step of the way to ease our fears. After being married for 4 years, we finally got the honeymoon we deserved – and it far exceeded our expectations! Valentin Imperial and Cathy were the perfect choice for us!! Highly recommended! We also recommend using them to book all your excursions as well. We went to Isla Mujares and Xcaret and they were incredible places! If you’re worried about things being safe or clean, don’t be! Everything is SO clean and even when we went to the inland area for a massage that was pretty far off the beaten path, we never once felt unsafe.
