I cannot say enough about the level of service I received from Cathy, my travel consultant. She helped me choose a destination and resort based on a long list of wants from my family (including two teenagers) and handled every detail seamlessly. The resort was exactly what we were hoping for: lovely accommodations and amenities, amazing food, and outstanding service. We could not have asked for more. Cathy clearly took pride in her work and was available within minutes to answer any question and handle every request. When I sent her a last-minute question late on the night before we left, I heard from her immediately with all the information I needed. Excellent vacation!
Our second visit to Excellence Punta Cana, and it was as wonderful as the first. Even in the rain, all facilities are accessible under cover.
